The MacRae Pipe Chanter by Stuart Liddell MBE (Blackwood) is a new Duncan MacRae pipe chanter developed in collaboration with renowned piper Stuart Liddell MBE. Crafted from African Blackwood, it combines traditional MacRae-inspired design with modern performance requirements.
 
The chanter produces a bright, clear sound with excellent stability on High G and F, making it well suited to both solo and competitive pipe band playing. Its carefully positioned bottom-hand holes provide a comfortable playing experience, allowing for accurate fingering and improved control during extended performances.
 
This chanter comes with an imitation ivory sole.
