The MacRae Blackwood SL1 Bagpipes are a faithful reproduction of the traditional MacRae design, offering a refined balance between classic appearance and practical durability. Crafted from African Blackwood, these bagpipes provide a strong, stable tone with excellent projection suitable for both solo and band performance.
 
This model features blackwood projecting mounts and slides, complemented by plain alloy ferrules and imitation ivory ring caps. A plain alloy mouthpiece completes the set, maintaining a clean and understated aesthetic while preserving the authentic character associated with the MacRae style.
