The R.G. Hardie & Co. Blowpipe Split Stock is a two-part plastic stock designed with an integrated water trap to collect excess moisture from the bagpipe. A flexible tube runs through the stock to collect moisture, which can be easily emptied by removing the blowpipe from the bagpipes.
 
The split design allows the tube to be removed when seasoning a leather pipe bag, making it particularly useful for leather bags and synthetic pipe bags without a zip. The stock can, however, be fitted to any suitable pipe bag.
 
Available with a choice of imitation ivory, plain nickel or engraved nickel ferrules to suit different bagpipe finishes.
