R.G. Hardie Plastic Infinity Pipe Chanter
Designed in 2019 by Alastair Dunn, a Double Gold Medalist and 10-time World Champion with the Field Marshal Montgomery Pipe Band, the Infinity pipe chanter offers exceptional playability and sound quality.
 
This chanter features smaller finger holes compared to the Omega Pipe Chanter. While larger holes enhance projection and brightness, they may not be comfortable for all pipers. The Infinity and Omega chanters are designed to work together, allowing pipe corps to integrate seamlessly and play at the same pitch.
 
Extensively tested with both synthetic and leather pipe bags, as well as a variety of reeds, the Infinity chanter delivers a rich, resonant tone with outstanding harmonics, complementing any set of drones. It performs best when pitched between 480Hz and 484Hz.
