The Peter Henderson PH1HLT Heritage Legacy Thistle bagpipes offer a refined tribute to Scotland’s national emblem with laser-engraved nickel slides featuring a detailed thistle motif. Handcrafted from African Blackwood, this heirloom-quality set is designed for players who want an instrument with lasting beauty and tonal excellence. The projecting mount profile, inspired by a 1910 design, is paired with plain ferrules, flat ring caps, and distinctive imitation ivory mounts for a timeless, elegant appearance.
 
Like all Henderson bagpipes, the PH1HLT features a plastic lining system in the blowpipe and stock to safeguard against moisture damage. Each set is uniquely numbered on the bass stock and is available as sticks only, with options to customise your order. Please note that due to high demand, a six-week lead time currently applies.
